Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic tech team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that impact millions of users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize application performance
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices
• Participate in agile development processes
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
